Important Criteria!!!!: The swim workout does have to be a legitimate swim workout – “400 meters IM” does not count. Break it up into your Warm ups, Main sets, and Cool downs. If you’d like to leave multiple swim workouts, please do so in separate comments so your name will be in the draw more than once.
