For those of you thinking about nutrition for your first Ironman, or even if you’re more seasoned and need a change, this is a great lesson in hydration and caloric intake over the course of an Ironman day. Nutrition, in my opinion, is the number 1 factor if you want to get results. You can workout like king kong or He-man, but if your nutrition sucks, the results will be minimal at best.
