		<description>I just tried this last weekend.  And thank goodness, after my swim and 56 mile ride, I didn&#039;t want to run.  I had training partners waiting at my car for me, so I knew I had to keep on goin&#039;! </description>

		<description>While most of my multi-discipline training is done away from my house, this is a great idea for those times. Especially when I swim and drive home to change and go bike. 
 
Just having to pull together all of your equipment and nutrition for the day makes this worthwhile. </description>
