Hi there,
I posted a link to this article on our active.com triathlon community. The athlete named Douglas has some specific questions regarding aero helmets. He knows they can save time on the bike, but wonders if the run is hurt due to dehyradation and neck/shoulder position tension from the helmet.

See the thread
http://community.active.com/thread/55537/total-impact-of-aero-helmets/0/0

If you guys have experience/thoughts/links etc that would help this athlete, please respond, or reply to me and I'll post for you linking back to your site.

Thanks for your help,
Sara Cox Landolt

Totally true. But the darn thing doesn't seem to working. I turned the summary content off so I figured it should be sending the full tips out...but no. I'll keep tinkering but only have limited time on the good ol internet to do so. We use feedburner...any ideas?
Thnx

Having a summary or the full post show up in your feed should be a setting in whatever RSS system you use. At least it is in feedburner and others I've used....

Nice tip and I'm glad you guys are getting settled in.
