		<description>Good advice. I have been working on telling myself to : think forward, release the past. With the aim of thinking only about my next stroke and now about how I got here an how much I&#039;ve done. None of that matters right now, what does matter is the next stroke. 
 
Good advice leading up to Kona, I&#039;m sure my mind will wander next Saturday! </description>
